Intro
Goals

Reinforce the strategic position of Tourisme Laval, by setting up their new location at Centropolis, linking the city of Laval own branding with their actual promotional campaign.

Solution

Case study of the organisation in hand, plus the feedback of their employees, we were able to comply with the Ministry of Tourism standards, but mostly, create the ultimate customer experience: an all white reception area, a waiting area that took the colors of Laval’s promotional campaign, 3 stations for consultations one of those adapted, 10 work stations at the rear of the local, one conference room with all the latest technology at hand, and an entire wall dedicated for the array of pamphlets, guides, touristic newspapers of the region. Finally, the integration of wood into the concept gave a welcoming and user friendly feeling.

Results

Inaugurated on December 1st 2011, the bureau de Tourisme Laval only acknowledges praise since then for the breathtaking design of their new location. The ambiance that you feel shows how dynamic this touristic association is, pursuing in this fantastic launch right through the future.
