Challenges

Unify the design treatment, working simultaneously with the relatively outdated style of the existing building and with an 85-apartment expansion that was already under construction.

Solution

Conceived with the goal of providing a full range of upscale services and amenities under one roof, this expansion features numerous common spaces, including a luxurious hall, dining room and cafe/bistro. A2 established visual continuity with using a classic warm, peaceful colour palette throughout the new and existing areas. The colours were inspired by the distinctive carpeting that A2 selected for these areas and throughout the residence.

Results

Classic décor provides a calm and inviting ambiance for a prestigious, fully-appointed retirement residence that delivers luxury, comfort and peace of mind.
