Conceive a lifestyle that will compel retirees in this region to rent an apartment – even before the grand opening.

Solution

In keeping with our goal of designing the ultimate customer experience, A2’s first priority for this clientele was to create a convivial atmosphere that would complement a youthful and active lifestyle. For these seniors, the perfect décor, both within the apartments and throughout the common areas, would evoke a sense of prestige and comfort. With this in mind, A2 often used traditional materials to establish a warm, rustic ambiance – in some cases combined this look with lounge-style lighting to create a more elegant mood. A highlight of the main floor is its dramatic spiral staircase, which leads to the cafe/bistro, a multifunctional recreation centre and several other activity rooms.

Results

A huge success! Both phases were rented quickly and maintain 100% capacity, and a third phase is now under construction.
