A market leader in up-market bath and kitchen fixtures since 1957, PGL needed its interior and exterior décor to reflect the high standards of the company and its products.

“ A strong emphasis on colours, lighting and several different textures – including glass, rock, wood and metal – that creates an elegant, sensual ambiance. ”

Challenges

Create a more engaging customer experience; align the exterior and interior design to reflect the quality of PGL’s products and the values and high standards of the company; elevate the client’s external visibility and to appeal to a highly sophisticated clientele while working within the architectural limitations of the existing building.

Solution

This design solution begins, as always, by focusing on the customer and what they experience as they seek out new products and services. A2 organized the showroom spaces with a strong emphasis on colours, lighting and several different textures – including glass, rock, wood and metal – that creates an elegant, sensual ambiance. Using this same approach, the front of the building was transformed with rough-edged rock siding, together with new, larger windows that give a sense of greater height and breadth.

Results

Brand reinforcement and enhancement, by design: Sophisticated architecture, décor and ambiance = superior products and services.
