Improve and enhance the customer experience; showcase the products more effectively; optimize showroom space and functionality; strengthen the brand image.
Solution
A2 conceived and delivered a comprehensive design solution, from designing the new logo and rethinking the design of the showroom and how it responds to customer needs and interests. A revised floor plan created larger, more convenient display areas. New lighting and display cases provided improved presentation and merchandising opportunities. Facilities enhanced their experience with the addition of a kitchenette, a waiting room with a flat-screen TV, and three private consultation stations. On its completion, the new space was unveiled in a lavish and highly successful Grand Opening ceremony – also developed and executed by A2 – complete with valet parking, entertainment by an urban DJ and a gift for every guest.
Results
The new showroom delights every customer by making it easier and more comfortable for them to shop, consult and compare, and find the perfect solution for their home or business.
