A new concept developed by Pâtisserie Rolland, Le Comptoir serves students and faculty at the University of Sherbrooke and also provides catering services for on-campus meetings, events and other business activities.

Challenges

Create an inviting customer experience that appeals to a youthful and sophisticated clientele; develop a completely design and branding solution, from the logo, menus and packaging, to signage and interior design; establish brand continuity with the parent company.

Using clean, crisp graphics, modern furnishings and upscale décor, A2’s design concept establishes a highly contemporary look and feel. The design also relates the new shop to Patisserie Rolland by adopting its familiar colour palette – warm and inviting, rich and elegant – which instantly conveys the quality and refinement of a well-established brand.
